The H2020 SC5 Climate Action project e-shape is focusing on the improvement and use of Earth Environmental Observations.
One of the partner is the swiss institute PMOD, the world solar radiation center located in Davos, Graubünden, Dr. Stelios Kazadzis, Head of World Aerosol Optical Depth Research and Calibration Center at PMOD explains how the project e-shape can provide in real time a pan European solar radiation forecast.
